Tiburn 30-Day Return Policy for Tiburn Flip Board 55 Series
If you purchased an Tiburn INSPUR Board 55 Series SmartBoard directly from Tiburn, you may request a return within 30 days of product delivery. Please note the following requirements apply:
Return Requirements:
- A return shipping fee of $400 USD per unit will be applied
- All return requests require approval from our customer service department
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained within the 30-day period
- Returns cannot be processed after 30 days of delivery
Full Refund Eligibility:
To qualify for a full refund, the product must:
- Be in original, undamaged condition
- Include all original accessories and packaging
- Be shipped to our designated return center
- Pass our product inspection process

- All return requests require approval from our customer service department
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained within the 30-day period
- Returns cannot be processed after 30 days of delivery

Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after we receive your item and find it eligible for a return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and it has been more than 5 days since we processed your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We stand behind our products and will promptly replace any items that arrive damaged or are found to be defective. To qualify for a replacement, please report any issues within 7 business days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement:
- When completing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, select "replacement" as your preferred solution
- Verify your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery of your replacement unit
- Tiburn will cover all shipping costs for both the return and delivery of your new product
Important Timeline:
All shipping damages or missing components must be reported within 7 business days of receiving your order. We are unable to process claims for shipping issues reported after this period.
Your replacement unit will be brand new and shipped promptly once we receive your RMA approval. For fastest service, please have your order number and product serial number ready when contacting customer support.ng items must be reported within 7 business days upon the receipt of the product. Tiburn is not responsible for shipping damages reported after such period.
Shipping
Upon approval of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, Tiburn will provide a return shipping label. Please note that you will be responsible for all associated shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.
Should your refund be approved, these shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund amount. The shipping fee for customers within the United States is as listed above.
